Low 3dmarks - what to trouble-shoot?

Before I reinstalled WinXP on this system I was getting ~6600 3dmarks in 3dmark05, now a couple months after a reinstall I'm only getting ~4700 3dmarks. That's a difference of nearly 2,000 3dmarks! My hardware is exactly the same, and I have the same background programs installed (anti-virus, Zonealarm, etc.) exactly as before.

What kinds of things would you trouble-shoot in this situation? Is it possible that one of the RAM modules on my videocard got fried or something?

System:
AMD Barton OC'd to 2.3Ghz (11x210)
Corsair XMS 512MB x 2
NF7 2.0s (using onboard sound)
ATI x850 XT AGP (slightly OC'd to 530/550)
WinXP Pro
Catalyst version 06.6 according to the Catalyst Control Center

Check to see wether AA/AF is being forced in the ATI control panel, or wether an alternate quality mode is being forced there too.

Thanks, that did the trick! I don't mess around much in the control center except for OC settings so I had completely forgotten about that actually. Back up above 6200 in 3dmark05.
