low 3dmark?

does this seem right? my score is pretty low.. i've reformatted and done all i can to surpass 18k but i can't i dunno why or is it just me?

my ram 2x 256 corsair XMS running at (333mhz) but is 400mhz compatible..
not overclocking anything (although my sig says i'm overclocking but i set everything back to stock.)

AA AF is OFF
vsync is OFF
bios is 1007

using 3.13 drivers for my chipset..
and i'm using 53.03 drivers for my video card..

(i get around 5.5k with 3dmark03)

need computer info? read my sig.
 
OC ur computer to 200 FSB and u'll notice a great difference
 
nah the thing is my powersupply is only 350 watt and i have alot of stuff in it already. my question was, is it normal to have a 3dmark2001 score like that with my setup?
 
i get a few less than that with my rig, so i should think something is wrong there.
 
i dont know what else you can do to optomize your score but whos da girl on ur desktop?
