My system..
Asus A8n32-SLI
AMD 4000+@2640mhz
EVGA 7800GTX@500/1300
OCZ 2 gig kit
Audigy 2 Plat.
36gb Raptor(OS)
74gb Raptor(games,etc..)
Antec SP 500 pwr sup.

Ive noticed flashing textures in FEAR.While running Asusprobe 2 Im getting 3.3rail warnings..It drops down to 3.22 and never gets above 3.3 even at idle.Is this normal or is it time for an RMA..Otherwise the system is stable..Thanx

Is the video card oc'ed? Have you checked your voltages with a DMM?

Yes, only way to be sure what your PSU rails are putting out is with a multimeter (DMM).
Software readings are notoriously inaccurate.

Besides, 3.22v is well within the 5% max allowable variance put forth by the ATX standard.
(3.135v - 3.465v)
