Lost my Folder Icons - HELP!

HELP!!!

Running x64 and booted up the computer today i lost all the folder icons in a folder

as well as the standard buttons....here is a screenshot of my issue notice the missing stuff??

I have tried every known folder view option in windows

Please someone help me out, this is very anoyying...

nope, cant see a darn thing. its too blury. and png is much better compression for forums.

okay sorry, This should be better
