Lost admin Password Vista

Help me Plz, I lost the Admin Account Pasword for my Vista PC and can only get on my sisters (Non Passworded) Account. How can i recover it please

You might be able to reset the password with a program called, Passware: http://www.lostpassword.com/
Other then that program I can only say reformat?

Does this just reset it or tell you what it is?

OPHCrack is my tool of choice- but this tool actually decrypts the darn thing, which IMO more than likely takes longer than resetting it.

pcloginnow just resets it. also allows you enable/disable accounts including administrator and guest.
best free password reset program I've used. better than some of the paid for ones

I have a sysinternals disc from work that I use. It's 3 or 4 years old but works with Vista.

ntpassword reset. Really couldn't ask for anything else, it makes it a joke.
