In my ESX 4 deployment I am using Openfiler as an iSCSI target. Each ESX host has it's own iSCSI target mapped to a LUN. On one of my hosts I am having an issue. I seem to be either loosing the iSCSI target or the datastore. I am leaning more towards the target after mounting this target on my second ESX 4 host and having the same result. Any troubleshooting steps I should take to try and fix this issue?
 
I removed the LUN from the iSCSI target and then added it back and ESX picked the datastore right up but then lost it again. So I tried the same process of adding and removing the LUN and now ESX has the datastore and has been running for most of the night. Anyone know what might be going on or know a way to fix it?

Edit: Looks like after I got the one target working now the other target is no longer working.

Get me a fdisk of the volume (or just an fdisk -l from the command line). What's vmkiscsid say? (it's in var/log/). Grab a vm-support and stash it somewhere I can get and I'll help you :)
