Lose DSR over HDMI when upgrading driver?

I posted this on the official Nvidia forum as well, but I thought I'd inquire about it here too.

I've been using DSR perfectly fine over HDMI through my AV Receiver and to my HDTV up until I replaced my 680 with a 980 and upgraded from 344.48 to the latest driver, 347.09.

At first I thought it was the card swap, but I found that by re-installing driver 344.48 I was able to once again use DSR over HDMI to my HDTV even using the 980. Again, when I upgrade to 347.09 I lose the ability to use DSR over my HDMI connection.

Therefore, this seems to be a driver issue and not the fact that I went from a 680 to a 980. Though admittedly, I don't really want to swap the 680 back in and see if it exhibits the same behavior on 347.09.

Unfortunately, there are a number of driver releases between 344.48 and 347.09, and I don't particularly wish to try each one and see where this change first appeared and will fix my issue if I don't have to do so.

Has anyone else experienced this or is anyone able to use DSR over HDMI on the latest driver? I'd be interested to see if I'm a lone case or if this is repeatable with others.

Thanks everyone!

[EDIT] I had to roll back to 344.65 to get DSR over HDMI working again. Not sure what they changed between that driver and the rest but post-.65 is where it's broken on my rig anyway.
