So I originally started out with an h140-x for my CPU and a h220-x for my GPU. But I don't like the mis matched tubing so i'm going to combine both into a single loop.

What I have:

Swiftech H140-x
Swiftech H220-x
ASUS DC2OC GTX 770 w/ EK block
Several Noctua A15 pwm and Noctua f12 pwm fans

These are the parts that i'm thinking about getting:

Monsoon Free Center Compression Fittings, 3/8" x 1/2" Six Pack - White
Monsoon 90° Rotary Angle Fitting - 1/2" - Matte Black
Monsoon 45° Rotary Angle Fitting - 1/2" - Matte Black
Monsoon Standard Rotary Color Accent Disks - White
PrimoFlex Advanced LRT 10ft Tubing - 3/8in. ID X 1/2in. OD - Onyx Black
SZ - Hose Cutter
XSPC EX280 Dual Fan Low Profile / High Performance Radiator
Noctua NF-A14 PWM Quiet Computer Cooling Fan

I've never done a loop before, so i'm also not sure where I should put my drain?

Also i'm thinking quick disconnect that plug directly into the bottom swiftech 220 or the xspc ex280? Thinking plugging into the ex280 will be more astherically pleasing but will work better plugging into the h220-x
Koolance QD3 Quick Disconnect No-Spill Coupling Male Threaded G 1/4 BSPP - Black
Koolance QD3 Quick Disconnect No-Spill Coupling, Female Compression 10 x 13mm (3/8 x 1/2in) Black

Also, i'm going to be using distilled water. Should I put a killcoil or endcap with the silver piece? Or some other chemical?

I'm planing of putting 3 x NF-F12 on the Swiftech h220-x and NF-A14s on the xspc ex280 rad and Swiftech h140-x.

setup:

Where did you get your 220-X? I can't find any of those Swiftech kits for sale ANYWHERE

Performance-pcs has been my go to since frozen cpu has been having their difficulties. They still have some in stock for $139. Also you can buy direct from swiftech.

If you plan on changing the tubing you will need the adapter. Performance-pc is sold out, but swiftech has them in stock here.
