Loop setup help! - WC newbie

Hi, I've got the interest to jump to water cooling. I've just purchased a new rig and would like to have some advice on the setup and equipment used.

Rig:
CPU:E8400
RAM: GEIL pc8500 evo-one
GPU: 4850 Crossfire
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-x38-ds5

Watercooling - (Plan to purchase if the setup works):
Pump: Swiftech MCP 655
CPU waterblock: FusionZ v2
N/B: Koolance CHC-120
Res: Swiftech or Koolance inline res
Rad: Swiftech 120 dual + Swiftech 120 single
GPU: waiting for 4580 blocks
Tubing: 3/8"

The setup I planned to have:

Pump->rad 120.single->CPU->N/B->Mosfet->rad 120.dual->4580CF->res

I'm having a hard time deciding between 3/8" or 7/16" tubing. 7/16" would be better but due to the case size and the loop order (mosfet + n/b) the bends will be too tight.
I might be able to fit 2 dual 120s into the case, but then there is quite much case modding to do.

Advice/comment on equipment and loop order is highly appreciated. :D
 
I would change the order by swapping the 2 rads over. The CPU is the item that will need the most cooling as they generally have a lower temp threshold than GPU's so cooling the water the most before it flows throuh the CPU is a must.

Res then Pump is always the best way, it makes filling easier.

As for pipe size, I swapped from 1/2" to 8/10mm pipework (sooooo much easier to work with because of the thinner pipe and compression fittings) and have not noticed much of a temp change, at most 1C difference to my old setup. Most of the restriction in my old loop were the blocks and rad so flow was still about the same as it was.

as the guy above said switch the radiators around.

I realized today that its gonna be a mess - would I benefit anything from the N/B + Mosfet cooling? Should I just go for the standard cooling - Pump->rad 120.2 ->CPU->rad 120.1->crossfire->res->pump then (using the mainboard's silent pipe to cool the N/B + Mosfet)
