How come a lot of vendors i.e. Danger den, Swiftech etch. Recommend loop order of Pump>block>Rad but a lot of Forum i see they recommend Pump>Rad>Block. Why is that and whats the temp difference??

the pump before the rad is to have more pressure pushing the liquid through the block, however even if you do put the rad before the block, there is barely any noticeable loss in pressure. Also, Some say that the pump generates heat so the rad is before to cool the liquid before it hits the block, though there isn't too much of a diff there either, mostly its personal preference.

It may make a difference initially, but sooner or later the temps stabilize and then it doesn't matter. Loop order should be in the manner that produces the least amount of spaghetti...

Bingo. The pump can't push fluid any faster than it pulls it. Your pressure will equalize pretty quickly, and your temps aren't far behind. It's doubtful you'll see a significant drop in temps just by changing the order of your loop.

Mostly irrelevant I found.

Want cooler temps?

Buy a bigger rad and use multiple loops, i.e. one for gpus, one for cpu and worry more about the location of the rad and position of it. If the rad can't breathe because it suffocated by hot air in the case loop order won't mean jack. Of course it depends on your setup and that determines if you really need to bother. Airflow is critical and fan choice can also make a difference. At the end of the day loop order is a negligible factor compared to the above.
