Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my SSD. Right now I have an 80GB G2 x25-m and it's been awesome, but I'm starting to sit at around 6GB free space I think I need a little breathing room. I think 120 would be perfect size but I'm not sure which one to go with. I have it narrowed down to 4 drives but am open to suggestions on others. Here's what I'm lookin at:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820167050 - Intel 320 120GB - $219 + Free Assassins Creed: Brotherhood
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148348 - Crucial C300 128GB - $237
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148442 - Crucial M4 128GB - $259
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820167042 - Intel 510 120GB - $284 + $30 rebate card + Free Assassins Creed: Brotherhood

The intel 510 looks to be the best deal, though I'm not sure I'd play the game, and I'm usually not big on rebates but there is a no wait option for that and I have had great luck with them in the past getting rebate in about a week.
Anyone have any thoughts on these or any other drive suggestions? I would like to stay in the 200-250 price range.

Intel 320 is the best deal in that package, if nothing else because it's a native intel drive, it's fast enough, its cheapest, its the most reliable, and you get a game :) (Oh, and it has a supercapacitor so it wont corrupt the file system in the event of a power outage, or the chance is lower anyway, none of the others do).

was leaning towards the 320 for those exact reasons...the x-25m is blazing fast for me as it is i just dont know if i would notice a difference with the sata3 drives. any other thoughts?

looks like the 320 is the general consensus....ill prolly go with that unless that rebranded x-25m 160gb comes back in stock at the same $200 price

I just got one of the AData rebranded x-25m 160gb G2's. I'm happy with it. If space & price are more important than the performance, especially write, it is a good deal. If you get one, make sure to update the firmware as that allows the you to run trim from the intel ssd toolkit on it.
