Looking to replace projector bulb...any tips?

hey everybody, I have just aquired a Dell M410HD projector from work that requires the bulb replaced.
I have searched high and low, with prices ranging from $103 on ebay to $260 at projector shops.

Both bulbs in either location state they are original bulbs, new in box.
Any ideas on what to look out for? has anybody purchased a projector bulb and can provide feedback?
