that's not too bad, my only concern would be was its PPWatt, can you handle the extra heat dump, can the card handle the continuous stress for a year or 2 of folding since it uses so much juice?
 
Not worth it IMO, save some money and go with either a 570 or 580, Lower heat and lower power draw and better PPD IIRC

Got to keep power use in mind... unless you are in an area that extra heat is a good thing.

No, you do not. GPU WUs do not have early return bonus, which is where the passkey comes in.

Actually there were two. One in the DC FS/T and one in the regular FS/T for $210 shipped.

Not sure if the one in the regular FS/T is still available or not, didn't go back and look.
