I'd like to downsize my current computer, and get more powerful at the same time. My current rig:
C2D E6750 @ 3.2, Abit IP35 Pro, 4GB XMS2, HD4890, Corsair HX520, etc...
1) What will you be doing with this PC?
Mostly normal use, some gaming (Steam games)
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I'm looking at a budget around $4 - $500 dollars
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
US, Illinois
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, RAM, Motherboard, Case, HSF (if necessary)
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

6) Will you be overclocking?
I'd like to do a little overclocking, not going to go very extreme
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
20" Monitor(1680x1050), TV (1080p)
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Whenever, not in a rush
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
USB 3.0, decent onboard sound, must be mATX (case and motherboard)
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

I was thinking something along the lines of a 2500K, but thats really as far as I got. What else would you guys recommend? Will the stock Intel cooler be enough for some light overclocking? Should I look into a new PSU as well?
