I was looking to buy 3 UniFi AP-PROs or 3 UniFi AP-AC. I was planning to connect to them directly to ERPoe-5 but i did not see in the specifications of the ERPoe-5 that is 802.3at (PoE+) or 802.3af (PoE).Would it power the APs? Can this be done?

They can but you'll need a 48V DC Adapter for the router and one with a high enough amperage to power the APs. If the max draw for each AP is (22W per spec sheet) ~ 25, that gives us 75W for the AP. It lists 60W draw on the router itself (that's high. My 5 port ER (nonPOE) pulls about 10W max. I'd expect 30W) That gives us 105W total.

105W \ 48V = 2.1875A

If you go the full 60W in the spec you'll need a 2.8A Adapter.

TLDR - Get a 48V 2.5A adapter and you'll be good.
