I've recently made the switch to macintosh and as much as I love macs I need to do some serious gaming again. So now I'm building a new gaming pc and have been out of the loop for a while....don't know if I want to go the intel route or amd. I definitely want to go dual core for sure. I don't want to spend a fortune, but something that will give good performance for the money. I'll also take motherboard recommedations as well. Was thinking of going sli....but with intel???? Thanks
 
if youre looking for cheap performance, get a 930 and overclock it. it will be much cheaper then the dual amd counterpart, and will perform quite close with a 3800x2
