Looking to buy a modded case

[Ringhal]

I came across this modded CM ATCS. I like this mod because I'm on the verge of getting a boreas system. I have no dremel experience and I'm curious if there are any shops online or in So Cal that could possibly do a similar, or less elaborate (and less expensive) mod for me.

Thanks.
