Looking for WoW RAF partner

Just dual box it and run both toons on your own. Then you don't have to wait for anyone else to be around. Start with the trial and work your way up to 20, then plunk down the 19.99 or whatever it is for a key and jam your way up to 60 inside of the first month.

Unless you're trying to get someone else to pay for it... in which case, lol.
 
Eh, more likely he wants the free month when the person pays for their first full month of play, and possibly also wants the Zhevra mount when the person pays for the second full month of play. Those are the real incentives... the triple XP and free leveling to the host player are nice, but not really necessary.

The free month is an added perk. I'm only after getting my mage to 60 with little effort. In turn the other person gets a free ride to 60. I have the zebra mount reward available to me - I just don't care enough to redeem it.

I've already done refer a friend once with my own account I'm simply looking to do it again to level another character.

I've been contemplating getting back into WoW. I had a twink rogue, a lvl 70 warlock in T5 gear, and a 70 priest in mostly T4/crafted. My computer died shortly after the Sunwell patch, thus freeing me from my addiction.

I'd been very unhappy with the way warlocks, and casters in general, were treated in TBC. It was pretty much World of Warriorcraft at the time. Nothing in the WotLK expansion really called to me, either.

Consider me mildly interested. How would RAF work on my side of things?

You'd have to start a new account with the serial number given to you by the OP. Then you pay 20 bucks for a license for original wow, another 20 for a TBC license, and then 30/40 more for a wotlk license. From 1-60, if you guys play together, you get triple xp from all sources.

That's basically it.
 
Oh. So it's basically aimed at drawing in entirely new customers, not bringing back old ones. That seems silly.

Guess I'll have to pass.

To elaborate slightly, you just go into an instances with me, a high level with destroy everything and we earn triple experience. Simple and quick.

Just like Limey said, you get a trial key from me, pay for classic and then we can level 1-60

If you want BC classes/races (shaman alliance/draenei, or horde paladin/bloodelf) you'd have to get that at the start too. For us it would be Horde paladin/bloodelf.
 
I never used a higher level to PL doing this, i just dual boxed 2 shaman and did quests that ended up being worth 15% or more of the level up until the 50's... it was stupid easy, but i was burnt out spamming lightning bolt by the time i got up there. LOL

I'm actually considering dual boxing again to level up some more toons, just haven't decided when i'll have the time to make it worthwhile
