Looking for website help

[Annoyance]

I am looking for help with a complete redesign of www.whisperingroseradio.com It is an icecast broadcasting station dedicated to mmorpgs. We're looking for a truly unique look mixing fantasy and sci-fi. ANY help would be greatly appreciated but our funds are very limited due to paying royalties out to the RIAA.

Thanks in advance.
