Looking for used Ultrabook

For a casual internet browsing, youtube watching, movies, ebooks, emails, not hardware demanding games maybe, etc.

I have currently found two ultrabooks I can buy today where are I live for about the same price 200$, which one should be your choose?

The first one is newer with USB3 ports and hybrid HDD/SSD, that can speed up things, but the second is better build and looks little more atractive.

Or do I have some better option for that price range?
