I'm looking between these 3 intel chips.

2.8e - C0
3.0e - E0
3.2e - E0

Which of these should I buy? How much of a performance difference is there between each. Is it worth it. There is about a $20 price difference between each.
 
Either of the E0's. The C0's run way too hot, I have one and couldn't get it cooled properly with the stock heatsink. Now it sits in a shuttle which serves as a small space heater on my desk.

either one of the E0s will be good, but if you'r upgrading from a northwood make sure your board can take a prescott, prescotts are much more power hungry and some older mobos cant them properly
