Looking for undelete application (no installation)

Do you know any professional application that does not require to install application but be able to recover any deleted files (Fat16,Fat32 and NTFS or any other format)?

this should work with most PC operating system from 95 to XP

Wininternal's Administrator's Pak. It runs off a WinPE type environment so you could use it for dead systems. Ah, but this is overkill though just for recycle bin stuff.
