We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

I live in a hot city/apartment. I pay a lot of electricity.

So, power saving functions on a CPU are impt.

I game (SC II, EVE, BF BC2), and do heavy office productivity stuff (Word + 50 browser windows open, etc).

I want to OC my i7 860, but I want to leave ALL the power saving functions on if possible.

Can I do this? What is a good trade off for OC vs power saving?

I would be happy to max out at 3.6 or 3.8 if I could leave the power saving stuff on.

Short answer yes you can. But I couldn't keep my system stable trying to do so.
