Your requirement for a working telephone is a deal-breaker. None of the printers that I've found meet all six of your requirements. The few multifunction printers that came with a phone, like the Panasonic KX-MB2061, are lacking many of the other features you're looking for. (In the case of the KX-MB2061, it's a monochrome laser MFP with phone, fax, copy, and scan functions. It doesn't have duplexing, wi-fi, or Bluetooth.)
There are printers that have four or five of your requirements, but none has all six. Which requirement(s) are you willing to live without?

Good luck searching. You just may have compromise by adding a standard phone to the thing. You can do that with most of them. But I think you're looking for the non-existing.
A printer with an actual telephone exists, but the OP can't buy one with all of the features he's looking for:
None of the printers that I found had either auto duplexing or built-in wi-fi. I found only one color printer -- granted, I didn't invest a lot of time in my searches -- but that printer appeared to be an old model that may or may not have been discontinued.
