Looking for specific USB / FW PCI card.

I've been looking for a USB / firewire PCI card with these features:

NEC USB chipset
Any firewire chipset
At least 3 external USB ports
At least one internal firewire header or port


Anyone seen anything like this?

What is so special about the NEC chipset? I think I have 10 usb outlets on my system now and almost need another USB slot open.

Some of the Logitech stuff I have won't work properly with VIA USB chipsets. ALi/ULi USB chipsets always 'cause a "laggy" / stuttering connection w/ whatever I use with them.
