I am looking for a specific kind of hose clamp. They are like the ones used in cars. I can't seem to find a retailer selling small ones.

you can go to home depot or something similar and get some worm clamps. they are almost the same thing you linked except you screw them down which actually will give you a more secure fit. go to the plumbing section, should have bins full of dif sizes.

Not a fan of worm clamps plus these look quite a bit nicer than worm clamps.

well those look like thermaltake clamps and i have never seen them myself on a site to buy unless you buy there whole package. Try giving TT a try through email or something

Well, just a complete shot in the dark here...But, maybe you can get them at FrozenCPU.com?

:)

Not sure about how they look compared to hose clamps (to me they both look about the same), but I don't think these will clamp as well as hose clamps. There's a reason why alot of clamps lock into position rather than holding it via natural tension in the metal. I wouldn't risk using them with any kind of barb besides the ones in that picture.

Also these clamps will only work with one barb size.

My simple solution for ugly clamps syndrome - go clampless! Couple years now, and have yet to experience a leak. Dont recommend doing this though unless tube ID is at least 1/16 smaller then barb OD.
