Looking for software - Network Bandwidth Monitor

I've got several workstations on a local area network, and I need a way of being able to accurately monitor the bandwidth being used by each workstation (without having to walk to each of the workstations and check them independently). Any ideas?
 
What do you have for a router?
I run a plugin for PFSense, called BandwidthD. Breaks things down nicely.
