I'd be willing to buy one with a built-in PSU as long as it's decent, otherwise want one that will take a NEO ECO 400 or similar.

This is a budget build for a girl in college, so cheaper is better. I'm having trouble finding anything small that's not too small for a normal PSU, has horrendous build quality, or ridiculously expensive.

Any ideas?

I know it's a cheap build, but what's your case budget? Ridiculously expensive could be anything :).

Around $100 or less I suppose.

I'm considering a Shuttle SA76G2 with an Athlon II X2 250 now.

Amazon has 2 Velocity Micro cases that is similar to Lian Li's PC-A04 and PC-A05.
