I am looking for Slim profile Radiator. My dumb ass screwed up and ordered a 400mm res from Frozenq,
when I should have ordered a 250mm. I measured it and went "hey this will fit" it does but now I can't put
my 480 rad in there because its way too thick.

I was wondering if there were any suggestions. I have seen various people with 400mm Res in my case but was not able to identify which rad it was. I have roughly
55mm to 60mm clearance between the res and the top of the case (little devil PC-V08) can upload photos if needed.

any suggestion would be help right now as me buying that huge res kinda screwed me up in many ways since i was planning on just putting the res on the top of the pump. again me being a
dumb ass and not thinking ahead of time.

Dude, reading that post made my head hurt..You start off asking about a Slim Radiator, but then switch to using the term "res" and its a little difficult to understand exactly what you are asking..

Upload some pictures, and try to rewrite the post with some serious clarification and we will be glad to help you out.;)

If I'm understanding correctly, you ordered a 400mm Reservoir , which you are mounting in the 5.25" bays. You have a 480 (4x120) radiator right now which is (probably) 60mm thick, and as a result of the reservoir being so tall, you can no longer fit the radiator in there. Instead of purchasing a different reservoir, you're looking to pick up a different radiator. In that case, I would look into Alphacool's NexXxoS series of radiators. They seem to do pretty well in reviews. Their 45mm radiators surpass the old brass 60mm radiators used a couple years ago. They also have a 30mm radiator if you're looking for something super slim. I chose the XT45 for my build because it's slim enough to fit in my case, has 6x G1/4 holes, works well with low-rpm fans (10FPI), and has the "don't screw your screws into your radiator, retard" plates.

It's a damned shame that there's not a 45mm version of AquaComputer's AirPlex Modularity system. Those things are downright dreamy.
