I'm looking for simple media box to play my files from a flash drive. Files like MKV, XVID, MP$, WMV etc. Something that is simple and to the point. And well under $100 is their any such thing? I don't care about online services like Netflix etc, I have a tivo for that. I just want a simply media play to play most computer formats etc...
 
Western Digital TV Live? Mine plays anything and streams from other computers on the network.
 
Look at a roku, i belive it will play all those formats and start out around $50 and up

My buddy at work has one and he likes it a lot. He decided to get it over an Apple TV because of the above file format support.
