Case should be short front-to-back. Height doesn't really matter.

Required:
Fits full-size single-slot graphics card (8800 GT)
Fits standard-size PSU (Antec Neo Eco 520)

Would be nice:
Dedicated 2.5" SSD mount
Narrow profile (vertically-mounted 5.25" slot?)

Anything come to mind?
 
The Silverstone TJ08-e doesn't fit your narrowness requirement but it's got just about everything else (which is why I got one!) There's also the PS-07 which is the same case but with a differently-styled front panel with 2x120mm front fans instead of 1x180mm. There's a gigantic thread on the TJ08-e in the SFF forum...
