Looking for SFF System

I am looking to SFF my current system.

I'd like to ultimately have 3 ATA hard drives and a DVD/CDRom writer in the system. Are there any SFF systems out there that will take a Pentium 4 3Gig and also handle that many drives in a SFF size, or something maybe a tad larger than the SFF systems that I see?

Ideally, I'd get away from the 18"-24" high systems and move to something like 12" high.

Any suggestions?

Hmmm.. have you thought about an Antec Aria? They are bigger than the shuttle/biostar/ etc...and cheaper too! I just got mine price matched at a CompUSA for 95 usd!

You can mount 1 DVD size drive easily. Also, if you remove the card reader it seems you can get either another HDD in there or a fan controller. I think you could probably get 4 drives in, albiet a tight fit.

One of the great things about the aria is it is just a case with a good 300w power supply - you have flexibility. If you want to keep your existing pentium 4, you will need to buy a mATX motherboard for it. These are a bit difficult to find, as most are kind of low end, but I'm extremely picky. Is this Pentium4 Socket 478? Northwood or Prescott? Also, what kind of graphics card do you have or plan on getting?

The Aria is a good choice. Also, Soltek's QBiC line all have 1 internal 3.5" bay, 1 external 3.5" bay, and 2 external 5.25" bays. So, you can use the floppy bay and one of the CD bays for HDD's. The Aria is just about 2" or so wider on each side and a little taller I think.
