Looking for second card to enable crossfire

Currently have a system with a Radeon HD5770. Looking into getting a second card that's compatible to enable crossfire on my Asrock M3A770DE. The current card is discontinued and I can get refurbished ones around $100 when googling. Any suggestions on if I should get the same one refurbished or if there's one around the same price range that would be better to use? Newegg doesn't show any radeon HD 5xxx 1GB cards that are crossfire capable when I searched either. Don't think I need crossfire for sure yet, but just looking around to see if I think it's worth it. Thanks
 
If I'm not mistaken, your board does x16/x4 which makes for a rather poor crossfire experience, x8/x8 being the recommended minimum. It seems to me that it would be much more advantageous to sell 5770 and get one powerful card. I went from 2 5770's to a 6950 and loved it, quite a boost, so that might be a viable option for you as well, considering how the 6950s can be found on the cheap lately. Just an idea
 
I agree 100%. Sell the 5770 for $60 and buy a used 6950 for $160. That's a much better performance gain.
