Looking for remote connection/tracking software for privileged laptop users

Greetings,

Our infrastructure operates on VDIs in the cloud. We have a few dozen users that are privileged or have the need to be able to work remotely on-the-go (not just from home), and have given them laptops.

I'm looking for software suggestions that would be good for remote tracking/connection in case we ever need to locate or connect to one of these laptops. Any suggestions?

(Not interested in keylogging or activity monitoring in particular)

You want Lojack for laptops to track the laptops and wipe them remotely if stolen.

For remote troubleshooting, loginmein would work fine.
