Looking for Recommendations on a Laptop/Ultrabook

I am a robotics programmer that needs a new Laptop/Ultrabook. I need it soonish, as I will be traveling internationally on business within the next 2 weeks, so waiting for the newest Haswell processors is out

Requirements:

• I need Windows 7 64-bit

• I need to be able to dual-boot Ubuntu v12.04 or 12.10 and install ROS

• I need at least 4 Gigs RAM (DDR3-1600 or DDR3-1333)

• CPU: at least an i5, preferably third generation

• SSD: at least 128 Gigs, SATA III preferred

• Screen: 1080p is preferred, will settle for 720p

• Graphics: no need for a discrete card

• Price: $600 -$800

Use Cases:

• I will be compiling a lot of code, so this laptop will be primarily for development.

• 
  I will NOT use laptop for gaming.

MIght get lucky and find a Thinkpad x230 on the Lenovo Outlet with an SSD. I don't *think* new ones with those specs fall into your price range, but worth checking (esp if you buy/install the SSD yourself).
