Looking For Ram...

Well, my next system is as follows:
dfi nf4 ultra
4400+
2x1 gb of ram(i need help!)
7800 gtx

I don't necessarily need ram that can go to 300 mhz, but I would like a good overclock as I will be WC'ing this and hoping to reach 2.8-3.0 ghz on the 4400+. I want a balance between tight timings and speed. The only thing that has really appealed to me is the Patriot mem. From everything I've heard it's avg OC speed is around 250 at 3-3-3-7. Since I have plenty of voltage for the ram, I want to get as much performance as I can for under 300 current pricing. Is there any ram thats better for me than this?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146549 spend a bit more then your budget, get alot more in return. these have don ddr600. they are really something special. and if you want something that will do ddr500 3-3-3 then http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146545 is a good choice, it usually hits 240-250 3-3-3.

if you want something that will do ddr500 3-3-3 then http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146545 is a good choice, it usually hits 240-250 3-3-3.

mine does 263mhz at 3-3-3 with 2.9v
