Looking for Price Quote Program

My sales lady in my office is using a program called Visual Quotes. It is very old and now is starting to get error message every once in awhile. The company that made the program can not be found anywhere on the internet, so I can not find any FAQ or help online. So we are wanting to look for a newer software.

We just want to be able to enter in items for a catalog and prices. Then generate a pdf that will be emailed to the customer.
