looking for photo gallery

Hey,

I have a ton of pictures I would like to put up on my website. I've heard of open sources software that can automatically generate thumbnails and all that good stuff. What are some of the software availible out there for photo galleries?

I second Gallery, but sometimes the Remote upload program doesn't work so well. Lots of nice features though.

PIXELPOST is pretty sweet. Check out some examples of the code put to use: greyscalegorilla and another nice one, chromasia

I'm pretty sure chromasia uses a program called MOVABLE TYPE to create the gallery format. it's supposedly got a high learning curve but has lots of nice features.

pixelpost and movable type are blogs though iirc, depends on what the OP really wants
