Looking for new card around $200...

Hey guys my dad's old video card fried and the warranty is out on it, he needs to buy a new one and he used to have a Geforce 4 TI4200... Anyways he has a Compaq computer that has the specs:

Intel Penitum 4 2.0 GHZ
512mb pc2100 ddr
120gb hard drive
32mb geforce mx

well he played cs source just fine on the geforce 4 ti4200 but since it is dead, it is nearly impossible for him to play... what card should he get now that is around $200? i dont know a whole lot about the x700 series or the geforce 6600 series... (i stopped following graphics cards when i got my radeno 9800 pro a year ago) anyways let me know what we should look into... thanks guys!

Imo the 6600GT is the best in the $200 price range. I replaced my 9800pro with a pny 6600GT and its wicked. It scored 8224 on 3dmark 03 with a very slight OC, were as the best I could do with 9800pro was 6169marks.

The 6600 GT is the only good mid-range card out right now.

It can be found in the AGP flavor for slightly above $200.00.
