My computer specs are in my sig. I'm looking at RAM that will be able to overclock quite well and can be used in future PCs. I want to get 1 gig of either PC3200 or PC3500, but I'm stuck on what to get. I'm looking at either Corsair, Kingston HyperX, or OCZ. Was thinking of:

OCZ Enhanced Bandwidth Series Platinum Edition 184-Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3500

Kingston HyperX Dual Channel Kit 184-Pin 1GB (512MBx2) DDR PC-3500

CORSAIR XMS Xtreme Memory Speed Series, Xtra-Low Latency 184-Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200PRO

Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend the Corsair, just because I am a fan of the stuff. The XL is supposed to OC extremely well. But among those three it really boils down to personal preference, since they all perform roughly the same.

I'd say go with the OCZ EB, thats what I plan on getting. Look at the memory benchmarks on Anandtech.com. The EB series performs extrememly well proving the actual bandwidth improvements, especially at DDR 500 and above.

After reading the AnandTech article I'm going with the OCZ. Its overclocks higher than the Corsair and it costs less money. Although, it has higher CAS Latency it seems that it gets made up for with its memory bandwidth. Thanks :D

wootah! Good to hear it man, let me know what you think of it, and post some benchies. I can't order mine for another month yet :(

Well I gotta wait till my next paycheck to order because damn car insurance :( . Once I get it ill run some Sandra mem tests for you.

Great choice :D

Spec3:
I'm guessing by your response that you have OCZ. Is it overclocked? To what speeds? Intel or AMD? Thanks :D
