I'm not sure if this is allowed to be talked about here, however I'm looking for key logger software for personal use on my own PC.

If this topic cannot be talked about, let me know and I'll leave it be.
 
In the past this particular topic of key loggers has always ended up with disastrous results, just for the record. Because anyone offering advice or suggestions can't be 100% sure what the person plans to do with such software - regardless of the stated intent - people usually shy away from even speaking up... unless of course they're making a posting like the one above or this one. :)

I've seen that, though I'm not sure if anyone these days has a PS/2 keyboard.

Also I'm looking for a software based solution.

there are soem good ones out there, but keep in mind, a good purpose of this kind of software is to steal information, so if your torrenting it just keep in mind that it could actually be screwing you over too.
 
Webwatcher works excellent. I use it to keep track of my 13y/o daughter on her lappy.(That I bought and own) ;)

This is exactly why I don't want to just torrent it, I'm well aware that I can be getting screwed in the process.
