looking for good programmable keypad

i play a healer in mmorpgs and i really need a nice programmable keypad, if that is even what they are called, i have no idea. i dont know anything about them or the companies that makes them. if anyone has one could you give me some first hand info about it.

basicly in the games i play i gotta react fast to people taking damage or they will die.
right now i have to press the F key of their group number and then cast a heal.

anyway it takes 2 motions to do it and a programmable keypad would make it 1

i need one that i can program to something like this: press F1 then hold ALT and press 1

this can be done with macros in the game but i would rather use a keypad and use the macros for something else, also i dont like swiching between macro groups and i would have to do that if i did this in game.

so does anyone know of a good programmable keypad?
