Looking for good 775 HSF for mATX

Hi! I have a Pentium D 805 (775), and I'm looking for a low-noise hsf for it. The thing is, I'm using an mATX board and things look a little tight (even though its an ATX case). I also need something easy to install, and the budget is $20-40.

The CPU is not overclocked.
