looking for free video editing software

I am looking for a free video editing program. i need it to be able to fuzz out areas on the video before i post it on a site.
i have looked around and tried to find one but have not found one that will do it.

If you are running Windows then Movie Maker will do what you want.

sorry yes xp.. i couldnt find a way to do it in movie maker... thats the one that comes with xp correct..
will movie maker also let you add in those little bubbles to add text. forgot to mention that i want that option also

i dont want to blur the whole screen just parts of it
i dont see that option in movie maker
