I have been doing my homework and now want to make sure I am on the right track. I am planning on the following for an All In One.

1) A Windows Server Essentials VM - I will pass thru 2 IBM M1015 Cards (Flashed to IT mode) and use FlexRaid for my storage pooling solution
2) A windows 7 VM for torrents
3) In the future I intend to use an Untangle VM, a Teamspeak Server instance,and maybe a VOIP phone setup.


I have the following hardware I intend to reuse:
Norco 4220 Chasis, 2 IBM M1015, a mess of assorted hard drives, 4 gb usb key

I intend to buy the following:
Supermicro X9SCM -iiF
Intel Xeon 1230 V2
32 Gigs Kingston ECC/Unbuffered Ram KVR13E9/8HM
SeaSonic SS-520FL 520W


I would like to know if this looks good and if there are any other suggestions (hardware or software).

Also three questions.

1- Is there an AMD solution that I am missing? I looked but didn't see anything that looked like it could compete on price/performance. I have decided to pass on waiting for Haswell as I don't think I want to wait for all the bugs to be worked out of the first generation hardware.

2- Should I be looking at a mirrored SSD solution to host the VM's?
