Looking for digital Camera, help me decide.

I was think that this would be better suited here than the digital artwerk section. I'm looking for a digital camera. The situation is that I'm new to taking anything more than point and click photos, although I want to. Because my birthday (06/01) I've got some extra cash, $130 exactly, So i need to find something in that range TO MY DOOR! I found two at newegg that to me look like they will both work just fine, I'm leaning toward the OLYMPUS only because I'm a FLCL fan :). Anyway between these two what do you all think?

Thanks for the help. Someone in another forum suggested this camera (although shipping isn't included) and I think I might go with it, my budget is now 150 with shipping so I think I can swing it. At leat this one has optical zoom! I know that I'll need it. This camera isn't ment to be my end all be all do everything digital cam, its more of a stater cam to get me going until I'm working again and out grow this one. Thanks for the help
 
Yeah, the other one suggested (Fuji) is 3.2 mega pixels vs the 2.0 you suggested, I was eying the exact same one howerver. I think I'll go with the fuji. Howerver it turns out I WILL learn a lesson. Thanks for all your help
 
Well my order has been placed I got the Fuji and a 9800pro 256mb... HUGE Jump from my GF2 GTS 64mb
