looking for decent dvd burner

looking for a dvd burner, mostly to back up files. whats a decent one for less than 100?

will a ps2 play dvd rw or dvd r?

You will need to mod your PS2.

As for all other duties of a DVD burner, I don't think you can go wrong with Lite-On or BenQ for the under 100 club. Over 100 I would go with Plextor.

Every one that has had the BenQ seems to love it, plus it is a DL burner for under 70 dollars, very good value. I have only had Pioneers and Plextors myself.
