Title says it all... almost.
Basically looking for something that interfaces with email for ticketing/follow ups, customer profiles, sales, invoicing... Etc. Needs to be in the "cloud" because the few employees of the company are mostly mobile on laptops or phones.
I've looked into quite a few solutions but I have zero experience with any of them. Ideally it would have a full featured Android/iPhone app as well or a stellar mobile web interface.
Lastly, we want something we can grow with without screwing up our flow by switching to something else.
Any recommendations?
