I was wondering if anyone can help me find an animated wallpaper (a video actually) of a moving stream for Windows Vista. I want to put it on my windows 8.1. I tried to look everywhere and can not find it. If I remembered it correctly, it was part of windows Vista.

Could it have been Windows DreamScene? That came out with Vista Ultimate I think. There are some hacks and third-party softwares that might make it run on other versions of Windows but have no personal experience with that.

DreamScene was "disabled" in Windows 7 but could be re-enabled by using this application. I've not tried it on 8, but it might be worth a shot.

It's at Wincustomize.com if I recall correctly as one of the Dreamscapes (their version of Dream Scene). I say that because I used that same background quite a bit back in the Vista days.
