There's a review of the Zotac RAIDbox on the net that maxes out around 300MBps for read/write.
Do you know of something similar that performs better and is also ultraportable.
mSATA or SATA is fine.
 
What are you connecting it to? I mean, do you want a RAID controller in the enclosure, or are you using a RAID card?

Why do you want to RAID SSDs?
